CLIENT SUMMARY: Keri came to me following a car accident that had injured her shoulder. Whilst her injury had healed, her shoulder, and whole body to an extent, was very weak. Through a straightforward, methodical approach, with just a handful of exercises, Keri was able to transform her strength levels. Not only did she get back to her pre-injury condition, but well beyond it!

CLIENT SUMMARY: Brianne came to me hoping to lose weight, get stronger and improve her general health. So far, she has lost over 20lbs and her strength levels have taken off! She started most of her lifts with the 45lb bar and has progressed to 137.5lb for squats, 90lb for bench press, and 165lb for deadlifts. Best of all, Brianne has really embraced a fitness lifestyle!

CLIENT SUMMARY: Lesley came to me with two main goals, to lose weight for an upcoming wedding and also to increase full body strength. She was able to lose weight slowly and steadily for the wedding and over the last few months has made significant strength increases at the same body weight. At the time of writing Lesley has progressed her Romanian deadlift from a shaky 35lbs x 5 to a strong 115lbs x 8. CLIENT SUMMARY: Kim came to me as someone who was already lean, healthy, and with impressive cardiovascular fitness. Strength and muscle mass was the final piece of the puzzle.
